Where does one start the identification and process of transformation?

Look within. In looking within, see what is real. You are aware of what is really within, no matter what.

More than turning a blind eye to the outside world, isn’t it unfortunate if one turns a blind eye to oneself? Can you escape from your own actions or thoughts?

In PeopleSmart, people work and live smart. Of course, don’t we have many more miles to go?

No personal goals must ever be compromised for professional goals. What if these clash? Transformation of any kind needs to be wide and encompassing. You cannot go for a half hour morning walk day after day with your wife/husband complaining no sooner than you are up. Some issues are deep rooted; instead of perpetually pointing out others’ shortcomings- look within and see what is real for the other person as to who you are, what you are.

Can you stay fit, endlessly doting on your spouse, morning day and night?

Strike a balance.

Where do you see yourself in your organization?

The popular group? Or the blatantly blunt types?

See the change you want to create within.

Client engagements consume a lot of your time. Are you skimming on the surface or deeply involved, immersed and engrossed in providing value to your clients? Have you ever humbly told a client what is good for her, even if it meant, in the short term, impairing your relationship.

Day after day, do you pursue client relationships, knowing fully well, no matter what it takes, eventually, clients do benefit engaging you and PeopleSmart. You do believe in your organization and your team. How can you believe in yourself, denouncing those who contribute to your success in ways seen and unseen? Do you see this?

As a Smartian, visualize yourself as a global Search Consultant. You are the best of the best. You’ll be surprised when you look back in the future, it happened faster than you ever imagined.

Executive Search: My World




Recruitment - finding right people for the right positions in an organization. As a part of an Executive search firm, I am proud to create success to our clients, since it is a very challenging task. Finding people for any position as per clients’ requirement is nothing but supporting clients vision.

I handle a large number of search mandates and the challenge that I face is identifying passive job seekers. I need to take care of their company’s vision, mission and values while identifying these candidates. The entire candidate’s caliber has to match with these to create success for the client and to help the company achieve their vision.

I love these challenges as recruitment is my passion. I take every day as a new day and ensure to start it on a positive note.

Spending enough time with my team, which includes efficient client development executives and other consultants, I do get many opportunities to exchange every new thought, new learning’s and new strategies.

Optimism is not just about thinking positive. With the thought process, it is also about being aware of ‘Feeling Positive’. So before I sign off, I would love to say “Think and Feel positive; and I am sure you will find numerous ways to solve any challenge"

I am passionate about ‘thinking’ & I indulge in ‘The Thinking Habit’ to enhance my performance. Be it about my new strategies or initiating new ideas. Being in today’s competitive world, one needs to be a ‘thinking consultant’ to obtain the best outcome. In PSCL, we have an amazing talent pool constituting strategy-driven consultants. Each one of us involves ourselves ‘self-effectively’ to make the best use of ‘the-thinking-talent’.

This can be done effectively, when each one of us come out with our own individual solutions in addition to accepting others’ opinions or solutions. If we have diversified and effective solutions, it will in turn make it very easy to deploy THE BEST.

Again solutions have to be realistic and related to the subject matter. So being ‘thinking consultants’, we are really able to make and create a difference. It will also help PSCL to make a difference in creating world class communication system and to have a dynamic team of Consultants.

If you are strategically strong, you tend to have 10 ways of solving problems and come out with good results. A good thinker always creates positive energy in the group and enables growth in the organization.

Executive Coaching

In a country like Australia sport is a way of living. And sports isn't a recreational activity for them. One of my cousins lives there and she has this to say

" Down Under of you aren't the sporting kind and not part take in any professional sporting affiliation you just arent a part of the Australian main stream society mate!!!"
