Coach needs a coach!!!

How well is a coach to manage him/her self better?

Managing in terms of stress, time management, people management, business ethics & relationship management.

Human Being have a unique quality which diffrentiates from every other being on the planet.

It is the ability of the person to consciouly observe him self reacting to situations and extend the observersation to see how you are thinking as well.

Like for instance judge if you are showing empathy, pity , remorse or feel enthusiastic about your self.

This discincting or capability is very defined and dominant in people who have mastered the "Self".

Private victory in self disciplining one self is the first greated step towards self mastery.

However having a third person dispassionately monitor ones self progress or bottlenecks and supporting them in identification and overcomming them is a high quality process in leadership development that a coach renders.

Another thought is that when a person graduates to be a Coach he transends private and personal limitations to be in a state where is his able to lend clarity of thought, perspective and effective facilitation of a leadership development process.

A very smart question which will evoke many interesting responses rich in multiple dimensions.
